Aplauso is a digital tipping platform that connects service professionals with customers, enabling seamless tip collection and distribution. Our platform facilitates:

• Digital tip collection and processing
• Instant payout distribution
• Customer feedback and rating systems
• Analytics and reporting for service professionals
• Integration with existing point-of-sale systems

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Types

• Service Professionals: Individuals providing services who can receive tips
• Business Owners: Establishments that can manage multiple service professionals
• Customers: Individuals who can leave tips and feedback

4. Payment Processing

4.1 Tip Collection

All tips collected through our platform are processed securely. We use industry-standard encryption and comply with PCI DSS requirements for payment processing.

4.2 Payout Terms

• Payouts are processed within 24-48 hours of tip receipt
• Minimum payout threshold may apply based on your account type
• Processing fees may be deducted from payouts
• Failed payouts will be retried up to 3 times before being returned to the customer

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Submit false or misleading information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Content and Feedback

6.1 User Content

By posting content on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

8. Termination

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aplauso and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aplauso operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
